Services

Seen Forever provides QR memorial products and subscription-based digital memorial hosting.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Cooling-Off Rights

By purchasing, you acknowledge immediate access to digital services, which may limit statutory cancellation rights.

User Content & Responsibilities

You confirm you own or have permission to upload all content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Media Ownership & Copyright

You retain ownership of all uploaded content. Seen Forever is granted a limited licence solely to provide the service.

Intellectual Property

All platform branding and systems remain the property of Seen Forever Ltd.

Service Availability

Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

Limitation of Liability

Seen Forever is not liable for losses arising from expired subscriptions, user content, or QR scanning issues,

except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
