Physical Products

Physical goods are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty items may be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Digital Services

Digital services begin immediately upon activation. Once accessed or personalised, refunds are not available unless required by law.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
